Yes! You can choose elements from different samples to create a custom design that reflects your vision. We are happy to help you merge different styles into one cohesive theme for your event.

We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance for larger events like weddings or corporate events, and at least 3 weeks in advance for smaller gatherings such as birthdays. This ensures availability and adequate planning time.

Payment Schedule: A 20% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

More than 14 days before the event: You will receive a full refund of any payments made.Within 14 days of the event: You forfeit the deposit.Within 7 days of the event: You are required to pay 50% of the total cost. If you have already paid the full balance, we will refund you 50% of the total cost.Note: The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to rescheduled events if rescheduled within the allowable period of 6 months from the first booking.

Yes, you can reschedule your event up to 14 days before the scheduled date without a penalty. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur additional fees based on availability and preparation work already done.

We understand that plans can change. Minor adjustments can be made up to 14 days before the event. For significant changes, please inform us as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request.
